Our mission is to cultivate local community connections through social volunteering. It's all about Service Made Social!
Since 2012, we have been mobilizing thousands of volunteers who want to serve locally, meet like-minded neighbors, and enjoy genuine community connections. We partner with local nonprofits in Atlanta, Austin and Denver to organize meaningful and low-commitment volunteer opportunities. From urban gardening to park cleanups to animals and food access, our events span all the causes and interest area

Our Story
Did you know, the millennial generation has the lowest overall volunteer rate? It's 21% in any given year. We want to change that.
Founded in Atlanta in 2012, our solution is built upon two simple ideas: Socializing and Service. Community Bucket’s tagline, “Service Made Social” makes sense now, right? Our goal is to give you a new incentive to take part in community service.
We create events that bring people together to serve a good cause for a few hours, and then everyone heads over to a restaurant or brewery to socialize and have a good time afterwards. Because we do all the planning, this is the easiest and most efficient way for you to find meaningful volunteer projects, and meet new people at the same time. No research required by you, no volunteer application, no future obligations - just show up to the one-time event you signed up for, and join us for future events if you enjoy it!
If you're new to Atlanta, looking to branch out, or just looking for an exciting way to volunteer with people your age, then why not give us a try? Head over to our website, www.communitybucket.com to sign up for our next event.
